We'd love for you to join us when we go out, as well as generally in our attempts to live big lives serving and being generous to others. Although we clearly come from a particular belief viewpoint, we're not about to try and convert anyone, and we hope people of all faiths and none will feel free to join us.
Unfortunately, as we group we havn't met together to serve for some time. Everyone reading will know that sometimes life gets in the way of getting together with friends!
In our most recent event we spend an hour in the Lye Avenue area, offering to cut hedges, and picking up litter. We gave out Milk and Cookies on New Years day in this area (because people often seem to run out of milk on a bank holiday - and with children we know what a pain that is!). We were well received, and had the opportunity to make a number of new friends.
In the meantime then we are seeking to live our lives this was in our lives at all time, seving others in the way that Jesus did. If you would like to know more, or would like to join in with future events, please do drop us an email through the contacts page.
